Director and Contracts Manager who specialises in competitively pricing subcontract work for local authorities and main contractors. Phil is able to provide quotations from clients’ tender enquiries based on specifications and drawings, bills of quantities and also personal site visits. He is also able to quote for specialist coatings such as anti-graffiti and flame-retardant coatings.

Tom Jones
Office Manager and responsible for the general management of the business. He is responsible for most of the company’s purchasing requirements and he has implemented a computerised Accounts, Job-costing, Payroll and Document Management system that has allowed the business to expand smoothly over the years without a drop in efficiency. Tom will always be pleased to discuss any problems with suppliers and customers alike over administrative issues. He also takes an active role in the marketing of GPS Decorators Limited.

Anne Okell
Administrator who is responsible for the accuracy of the input to the payroll and accounts systems. Anne also controls the Inland Revenue’s CIS scheme on behalf of GPS Decorators Limited and is largely responsible for the company’s employee and training records. She has a vast knowledge of our Sage and Microsoft Office applications and submits reports to, and maintains records for, the statutory authorities.
